Decorating Home For Fall
Since we’re still in remodel mode around here
(Mr. Redoux is getting started on the kitchen cabinets!)
I’m not going all out on my Fall decor.
And just between you and me?
I’ve never really been too over the top with decorating home for fall.
I like just a few touches of it
Here and there.
So in case you feel that way too
Here are some simple Fall decorating ideas
For inspiration!
ARRANGE PUMPKINS ON A TABLE
Arrange pumpkins spilling out of a vintage bucket on your table.
This is so easy to do and it’s really effective.
See the post HERE for casual table setting ideas
HANG A SIMPLE FALL WREATH ON A MIRROR
I love the subtlety of a grapevine wreath with tallow berries and a rustic bow. (Read how to make one and different places to hang it HERE.)
STACK PUMPKINS ON A BENCH
Get some pumpkins that are fairly flat on top. Remove the stems if they’re long. Start with the largest and stack them up!

PUT PUMPKINS IN A BIG METAL BASKET
Find a large metal basket or urn and just fill it with pumpkins.

PUT YOUR PUMPKINS ON A PEDESTAL
What can I say?? Everything’s just cuter on a cake plate!

HANG A SIMPLE FALL GARLAND
I love how magical this looks with the lights!

ELEVATE SOME SQUASH
Pile some squash on a wooden pedestal or cake plate. Add a vintage frame, antler and topiary and…
you’ve got Fall!
ARRANGE PUMPKINS ON YOUR SIDEBOARD
Arrange pumpkins on top of a sideboard, buffet or table. Stack some, lean others. Put some on pedestals for varying heights.
OR PUT YOUR PUMPKINS IN A BOX
Find (or make) a rustic wooden box and display your pumpkins in it
Lay them on a bed of Spanish moss and add eucalyptus branches
