Baked Bagel Crisps

These baked bagel crisps are so yummy and easy to make!
They’re crispy and crunchy and have just a hint of roasted garlic flavor.
BAKED BAGEL CRISPS INGREDIENTS:
2 plain bagels
2 TBSP garlic infused olive oil
Garlic salt or Kosher salt to taste
HOW TO MAKE BAGEL CRISPS:
Cut the bagels into 1/4 thick slices with a serrated knife
Place the bagel slices in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Brush the top side of the slices with garlic olive oil
Bake at 250 degrees for 20 minutes.
Remove from the oven, turn the slices over and brush that side with garlic olive oil.
Sprinkle with garlic salt.
Return to the oven and bake for another 20 minutes.
Cool completely and store in an airtight container.
Serve these baked bagel crisps with dips, soups and salads.
Or just eat them with a schmear of cream cheese for a tasty snack!
